About Us
Gulf Consulting LLP (GCLLP), an offshoot of Gulf of Guinea Consulting Limited (GGC), is a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated as No. 53 under the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 2020. It is primarily engaged in Energy, Mining, Environmental Law and Policy, Land & Maritime Boundary law, Business Development, Policy and Strategy, Corporate Governance & Compliance, Tax Policy and Administration. It is an integrated professional consulting and advisory services provider of high quality, performance-oriented and client-centred services. In our quest for national and global reach and excellence, we have consistently formulated, developed and maintained strategic plans for corporate development in line with industry best practices.
Gulf Consulting LLP has garnered enormous cumulative and cognate experience totalling well over seventy (70) years and expertise in its areas of practice. These comprise the profile of the Co-Founding Partners, associates, and resource persons. We recognise the place of technology and other facilities and equipment as necessary complements for effective service delivery. Accordingly, we have invested in facilities, including befitting offices and their accompaniments, well-stocked libraries, state-of-the-art office Information & Communications Technology (ICT) and other equipment, logistics, as well as highly qualified and motivated in-house counsel and support staff.
We have realised that while human resources are the backbone of performance and productivity, we must work with good facilities and equipment (including mechanical and technological gadgets) to achieve precision and prompt delivery of services. Accordingly, we have a well-stocked library with unfettered access to those of our resource persons. We have also acquired basic necessary tools and facilities, such as computers, printers, binders, etc., that enable us deliver assigned tasks promptly and to the satisfaction of our clients.

We operate mainly from the heart of Nigeria’s political and administrative Federal Capital, Abuja, where we have proximity to national and international institutions with which our clients interact.
